Can I change my ID and password?

Once you sign up with an email address, you cannot change your ID, you need to re-join with another email account. We’d like to inform you that closing an account means we’ll lose all records of your purchases. You may change your password under [Account > Account Settings].

Can I combine the order details that non-member order history and after registering a member?
Orders already created cannot be modified or moved to another account.

 

I don't want to delete my account.
Deleted accounts cannot be restored, and all details before withdrawal are deleted.
But you can be able to re-join with the same email.

 

I didn't received the password reset email even if I click the Find Password button.
Contact the customer service team and we'll help you reset your account password.

 

Do I need an account to place an order?
Non-member orders are available. However, after register as a member later, the order history can not be combined.
